REGISTRATION FEES:

 

For Delegates:

Registration made until  30 June 2010:                    €390,00 per delegate

Registration from 1 July 2010 onwards:                  €440,00 per delegate

 

For accompanying persons:                                   €263,00 per accompanying person

 

 

The above Registration Fee for Delegates includes:

 

  • Arrival / departure transfer (correct dates and flight details are necessary in order to avoid any inconvenience)
  • Meeting and assistance at the “Representatives Desk” with the sign “ESHA CONFERENCE”, upon arrival at Larnaca or Paphos airports,
  • Conference rooms for meetings, sessions and workshops from the 4th to the 6th of November 2010 including necessary equipments
  • Coffee Breaks as mentioned in the program
  • Welcome - Opening Ceremony Thursday 4 November 2010, 09:00 hrs
  • Hand-bag with forum material
  • 3 Lunches (4, 5 & 6 November)
  • Dinner out of the hotel on 4 November with live music including transfers
  • Gala Dinner at the hotel on 5 November with live music
  • School visits on 6 November
  • Guided cultural visit
  • Shuttle service bus to/from the Venue Hotel (please check the timing in the Conference Program)
  • Information Desk at the Venue Hotel:             
     3 November: 10:00 – 20:00 hrs
     4 & 5 November:  08.00 – 20.00 hrs
     6 November: 08.00 – 16.00 hrs

 

The above Registration Fee for Accompanying persons includes:

  • Arrival / departure transfer (necessary to have correct dates and flight details)
  • Meeting and assistance upon arrival at the “Representatives Desk” with the sign “ESHA CONFERENCE”
  • Dinner out of the hotel, on 4 November with live music including transfers
  • Gala Dinner at the hotel on 5 November with live music
  • Excursion with lunch on 5 November (description)

Cancellations (should be received in writing).

 

For Registration Fees:

Up to 31st August 2010:

For Delegate:                                      Eur.100,00 per Delegate

For Accompanying person:                Eur.80,00 per Accompanying person.

 

From 1st September 2010 onwards:

For Delegate:                                      Eur.200,00 per Delegate

For Accompanying person:                Eur.160,00 per Accompanying person.

 

For Accommodation:

Up to the 31st May 2010, no cancellation fee will be charged

From 1st June – 30th of July 2010: 25% cancellation fee on the total accommodation price

From 1st August – 14th of September 2010: 50% cancellation fee on the total accommodation price

From the 15th of September – 27th of October 2010: 75% cancellation fee on the total accommodation price

From the 28th of October 2010 onwards: 100% cancellation fee on the total accommodation price

 

Important Note:

The local Organizing Committee (Cyprus Primary Headteachers Association - POED), Louis Tourist Agency and their agents shall not be responsible for and shall be exempt from all liability in respect of any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or inconvenience to any person, or his/her luggage or any other property for any reason whatsoever, for any tourist services provided.
